Product Usage

This machine is used to split the raw yarn for nylon and polyester fiber into one (single filament) or several filaments to produce filaments. It is suitable for mass production and production of various monofilaments such as ultra-fine filaments and electrostatic filaments.

1. 12 spindles on one side and 24 spindles on both sides; 16 spindles on one side and 32 spindles on both sides.

2. It can not only split FDY yarn, but also split false twist yarn.

3. The right side (R side) and the left side (L side) of the machine can be produced under different conditions.

4. Since there are yarn length counters on both sides, the yarn length can be guaranteed.

5. The overfeeding roller is used to adjust the winding tension and ensure the stability of the winding tension.
